Commercial Hip Hop

Einsteigerfreundlich erlernst du in diesem Kurs die Grundschritte der Tanzstile Commercial und Hip Hop. Sowie Choreographien zu Hip Hop und Popsongs. Zudem werden Technik und Beweglichkeit trainiert.

Elan Dance ist ein von Latino-Lebensgefühl inspiriertes Tanz- und Fitnessprogramm mit südamerikanischer und internationaler Musik und Tanzstilen.

Drums alive

Es steigert die Herzfrequenz und die Durchblutung wie ein „klassisches Training“. Nachhaltig werden Konzentrationsfähigkeit und die sensomotorischen Fähigkeiten gesteigert. Zusätzlich wird Stress abgebaut und die Ausschüttung von Glückshormonen wird angeregt. DRUMS ALIVE verbindet Körper und Geist und bringt sie in Einklang.
